CAPE BOJEADOR LIGHTHOUSE
Built in 1892. It stands on a promontory. This is the tallest lighthouse in the country and perhaps in Asia. It was originally an observation post used to warn people of impending naval attacks. Today, it is still sending out signals to ships passing by the Cape facing the northern portion of the South China Sea. Offers a dramatic vista of the vast expanse of the rugged Northern Coastline. From the tower, the sunset is simply out of this world.
